These Terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online at eBedz.co.uk and /or over the telephone.
By placing an order with eBedz you are accepting to abide by these conditions.
All products advertised by ebedz.co.uk are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable)
At any point up until the contract is made, we may decline to supply a product to you. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our return and refund policy. eBedz retains the right to refuse any order that is subject to an error on its website and will in these circumstances reimburse the buyer in full.
Any typographical or clerical error or omission on the website or in any quotation, order, acceptance, invoice, email or the company's literature issued by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of ebedz at whatever time and whenever such a correction shall be necessary
Whilst ebedz shall endeavour to ensure that the details on the website or in ebedz's literature are accurate, at all times, all drawings, specifications, photographs, colours, weights, and information detailed in ebedz literature or the website or elsewhere relating to the goods are approximate only and do not form part of the contract. ebedz shall not be held responsible for any variation of the same nor have any liability in respect thereof. For example, where a divan bed is shown with headboards drawers and accessories these are for illustration purposes only. These items may be available at extra cost. Please note that there is no official standard for mattress firmness ratings for our products. Each mattress has a suggested firmness, which has been recommended directly by the supplier. However, please bear in mind that firmness levels are subjective to the customer depending on their size, weight and personal preference. All measurements are approximate and are subject to a tolerance of + or - 2cm . Images are for illustration purposes only - Pillows, cushions, throws and bed dressings not included.
If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our return and refund policy.
Vacuum packed/roll up mattresses. Please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses can not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered. Please note that for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange opened mattresses, mattress toppers or pillows unless they are faulty. Unopened or faulty mattresses, mattress toppers or pillows however can be returned to us.
Please note that there is not an official standard for mattress tension/firmness. Each mattress has a suggested firmness, which is recommended directly by the supplier or manufacturer. Please be aware that firmness/softness levels are subjective to the individual. This is because it is dependent on the individuals’ requirements along with other factors such as weight height and personal preference. Please allow at least 30 nights for your body to adjust to your new mattress. It may take a few weeks for the body to become completely comfortable with the support of your new mattress
Are you eligible for VAT relief? For the purposes of VAT relief
You should be chronically sick or disabled
You have a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon your ability to carry out everyday activities.
You have a condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes. You have a terminal illness
You won't qualify if you are only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as suffering from a broken leg or other temporary injury. Neither will you qualify if you are elderly but are otherwise able-bodied and don’t suffer from any chronic condition.
If you meet the ‘criteria’ all that is required of you is to complete a VAT exempt declaration form.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware - there are penalties for making a false declaration which could result in the purchaser paying the difference in VAT.
If you purchase an item for your personal use and you are chronically sick or disabled, are a registered charity or you are making the purchase on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled for their personal use, you may be entitled to purchase the item without having to pay VAT. You will be required to make a declaration to confirm that the VAT exempt status applies. It is your responsibility to give accurate information and to not make a false declaration.
Change of Mind under DSR
If you would like to return non-faulty goods you must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail, no later than 7 days from delivery, giving details of the item ordered, order number and (where appropriate) the delivery address. Notification by phone is not acceptable. You must not use the item and keep it wrapped, in a re saleable, sanitary condition. We will refund all monies paid to us after you have returned the item. You are responsible for the return cost. NB. Prior to your return, it is important that you please call us to arrange your delivery along with a mutually convenient time for ebedz to accept your return -This is important, our premises are manned on a part time basis. In all circumstances we are unable to accept your returns once 28 days have lapsed.
We will refuse your return if the product is found to have been mistreated, damaged is in an un-saleable or un-sanitary condition and not wrapped in the original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost. We advise you take out the relevant insurance.
For goods that are not stock items and or made to your specific requirements, e.g. special sizes or items that are made to nonstandard specifications - bespoke- It is important that you are happy with the items that you are purchasing as they are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless they are faulty)
Once the items have been made and/or dispatched to you, you will be unable to cancel this order and will not be entitled to any refund (unless the product has a manufacturing fault)
For made to order items - there are substantial costs for us in changing or cancelling an item once production/manufacturing has commenced If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed, we will charge you 60% of the order value. If you decide to change your order, we will endeavour to accommodate these changes if possible, however any alterations undertaken could be subject to related costs.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange opened mattresses, mattress toppers or pillows. Due to the hygiene aspects associated with some items (e.g. mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, duvets), we reserve the right to reject cancellation if these items have been used. This does not apply if the items in question are found to be faulty.
All goods are supplied with a manufacturer's guarantee. Please see item description for further details.
The manufacturer will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship within the guarantee/warranty
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the guarantee/warranty period, inform ebedz of the nature of your complaint
ebedz will require the pieces of information listed below:
Name & Sales order number
Product name and size
Description of complaint
Photographic evidence of damage/fault
Date of sale
N.B. In the event of a ‘fault’ claim, a deposit of £95.00 will be required. This is to ensure that the technician’s costs/call out fees are covered if a manufacturing fault is not found, however, if a manufacturing fault is found – the deposit will be fully refunded.
The Warranty/Guarantee will cease to apply if:
The product is found to have been mistreated or damaged.
The product has not been maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied. This includes mattresses being turned or rotated on a regular basis if applicable.
Any mattress under complaint has been used with a damaged divan or a divan that is deemed to be of unsuitable quality.
The mattress has been used on a slatted base with slats more than 2.5" (6cm) apart.
Following replacement or repair, the warranty will remain valid from the date of original purchase.
The manufacturers reserve the right to substitute alternative materials if the original is no longer available. The manufacturers unfortunately cannot undertake to match other items not under complaint with any substitute fabric used on a replaced item.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.All measurements are approximate and are subject to a tolerance of + or - 2cm

All ebedz.co.uk deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE to all addresses in mainland England or Wales - (Please email or phone for prices and lead times for all other areas)
We deliver goods between Monday and Friday to all addresses in mainland England or Wales. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship goods on Bank Holidays or National Holidays.
On certain items, we can offer a Saturday delivery (8.00am – 6.00pm) for an additional charge please call or email for info - But please ensure your order is placed by lunch time on Friday previous to your delivery day
All of our items are delivered by ONE MAN (unless a two man service has been specified) , either to the kerbside or first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property.
Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery team, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst your assembly and/or delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover your carpets or furniture or floor covering or wooden floors with sufficient protection to accommodate the assembly/delivery process. Please remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area. In the unlikely event any damage is caused within your property, notwithstanding it having been protected, this must be identified to the driver prior to departure and noted on the paperwork.
Please check over your goods on delivery to ensure that the packing is intact and all items appear to be in good condition before you sign for them. If you find your goods to be faulty, damaged or incorrect please refuse the items and contact Customer Services 01392 210 667 as soon as possible. If you find that your goods are damaged after you have taken delivery please notify us as soon as possible. We ask that you inspect your goods within a reasonable time scale (3 days) and prior to them being transported anywhere else. In addition to this, If your order is damaged, we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible. Please note that we always require photographic evidence.
Sometimes situations arise which are beyond our control. Therefore we recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture / old mattresses or bed until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.
Please be aware, that once your item has been dispatched by the manufactures/supplier your item has incurred delivery costs. We at eBedz do not charge for delivery, however if you choose to cancel your order once your item has been dispatched, we will refund the cost of your cancelled order MINUS the return to warehouse/manufacturers fee.
Next Working Day Deliveries.
We understand how busy our customers are, so we at ebedz.co.uk offer 1000's of items with free next day or day of choice delivery so you can receive your order at a time convenient for you.
Please note that when you place an order on our next working day delivery service, the goods will be delivered on the working day of your choice during office hours. Unfortunately we are not able to give you a more precise time. Please be aware on postcodes AB, IV, PA, KW & PH next day delivery is not guaranteed and may take up to three days to be delivered - please call or email for info.
If the items you purchase are in stock you will be contacted immediately to arrange a convenient delivery date, (provided payment has cleared). If the items you have purchased are made to order or not in stock which need to be ordered with the manufacturers, you will be contacted once they arrive at one of our designated warehouses.
PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AT HOME TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY!
It is important for you to ensure that someone will be available to accept your order on your pre-arranged delivery day - this will avoid a re- delivery fee of £59 + VAT.
If you wish to alter your next day delivery day, please inform us by mid-day the previous working day - this is before the item has left the warehouse.
It is important for you to ensure that there is adequate access for your item/s - along corridors, through doors and stairs etc. and that the desired room has satisfactory space. Once despatched eBedz cannot accept responsibility/liability for items that will not fit!
eBedz make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors such as adverse weather, roadworks etc. eBedz shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
