Please read these terms and conditions carefully. eBedz may, at its discretion,  change, modify, add or remove these terms and conditions at ant time and therefore it is important to read these each time you place an order.

All product pictures are for illustration only. Please read the accompanying descriptions of the product for further details.

Delivery:

When you receive your order please make sure that you inspect your goods carefully before signing. Make sure the packaging is in good condition. If the product looks damaged in any way please sign for it, but write the word DAMAGED on the signature note and inform us immediately. If your order has been damaged in transit, signing for it damaged will help us greatly expedite replacement parts or items.

Faulty goods: if you receive a faulty product, please report it in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the manufacturer to rectify the problem. A full refund or exchange will be offered subject to inspection and report from the manufacturer and free collection/exchange will be arranged.

Unwanted goods: If you would like to return non-faulty goods you must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail, no later than 14 days from delivery, giving details of the item ordered, order number and (where appropriate) the delivery address. Notification by phone is not acceptable. You must not use the item and keep it wrapped, in a re saleable, sanitary condition. We will refund all monies paid to us after you have returned the item. You are responsible for the return cost. Returns of made to order are not accepted unless found to be faulty.

If the items ordered by you are not available or discontinued and we are unable to deliver them to you within 60 days (or any other time limit agreed by the parties), we  shall inform you of this; and either offer you an alternative or cancel the contract; and reimburse any sums paid by you (or which has been paid on the Buyer's behalf) under the Contract to the person by whom payment was made no later than 30 days after the due date for delivery of the Goods under the Contract.

In most circumstances if a product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will allow you to use/treat as your own until a replacement is delivered. Refunds will be made once we are in receipt of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee

All goods are supplied with a manufacturer's guarantee.  Please see item description for further details.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

The manufacturer will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship within the guarantee/warranty

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the guarantee/warranty period, inform eBedz of the nature of your complaint.

eBedz  will require the pieces of information listed below:

• Name & Sales order number

• Product name and size

• Description of complaint

• Date of sale

The warranty/guarantee will cease to apply if:

• The product is found to have been mistreated or damaged.
• The product has not been maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied.   This includes mattresses being turned or rotated on a regular basis if applicable.
• Any mattress under complaint has been used with a damaged divan or a divan that is deemed to be of unsuitable quality.
• The mattress has been used on a slatted base with slats more than 2.5" (6cm) apart.

Following replacement or repair, the warranty will remain valid from the date of original purchase.

The manufacturers reserve the right to substitute alternative materials if the original is no longer available. The manufacturers unfortunately cannot undertake to match other items not under complaint with any substitute fabric used on a replaced item.
