Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with eBedz. eBedz at its discretion, may change, modify, add or remove these terms and conditions at ant time and therefore it is important to read these each time you make a purchase order.

Returns policy

When you receive your item/s please make sure that you inspect your goods carefully before signing. Make sure the packaging that your item/s arrive in, is in good condition. If the product looks damaged in any way please sign for it, but write the word DAMAGED on the signature note and inform us immediately. This type of damage is very rare, but you must look out for your protection. If your item/s has been damaged in transit, signing for it damaged will help us greatly expedite replacement parts or items.

Faulty goods: if you receive a faulty product, please report it in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the manufacturer to rectify the problem - we will transfer to you the benefit of any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee given to us. A full refund or exchange will be offered subject to inspection and report from the manufacturer and free collection/exchange will be arranged.

Unwanted goods: if you would like to return non-faulty goods which are in their original condition (I.E. NOT used and in their original packaging) and have notified us in writing or by email within 48 hours of the date the goods are received, we will at our discretion refund all monies paid to us after we have collected the goods however there will be a £100.00 collection charge in all cases.

Please note, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to exchange mattresses.

In most circumstances if a product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will allow you to use/treat as your own until a replacement is delivered. Refunds will be made once we are in receipt of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.

Guarantee

All goods come with a manufacturer's guarantee which in most cases is for 2 years, but in all cases is at least 1 year. Please see item description for further details.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
